LAG Tskaltubo elected the Project Evaluation Committee

From 18^th May to 20^th May, LAG Tskaltubo elected the Project Evaluation Committee (PEC).

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the election was held using two methods –  by voting online and using the portable box. All LAG members were informed and in total 102 members voted choosing among 40 candidates.

The election procedures were observed by the external independent organization – The International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy. 

In total, 21 members were elected in the PEC, including 10 women and 4 youths. 

Also, project target group representatives, namely people from mountainous area and internally displaced people, were elected and the sectoral (private, civic, public) balance was ensured.

The PEC members will be trained in project evaluation.
